Andrew G. Gabow, M.D.

 

Dr. Andrew Gabow is a board certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon who brings over 20 years of experience to Farmington Valley Orthopedic Associates.  He specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatment of the hand, wrist and forearm. Dr. Gabow received his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed an internship in general surgery and his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York.  After finishing his residency, he completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York.  Dr. Gabow is on staff at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford Hospital, University of Connecticut John Dempsey Hospital, and Johnson Memorial Hospital.

 

Dr. Gabow is a former Major in the U.S. Army Reserves and completed two tours of duty in Bosnia and Kuwait/Iraq.
